Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to increase patient referrals, build strong community relationships, and enhance the visibility of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services across multiple locations.
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners.
- Cook up community outreach, events, and educational seminars to promote services and strengthen brand recognition.
- Analyze referral patterns and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Partner with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals, including service line growth and new location launches.
- Partner to create promotional materials and oversee brand consistency across all platforms.
- Manage vendor and advertising relationships, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
- Partner to manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, website updates, online reputation, and patient engagement campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- Relevant work experience may be substituted for formal education.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience (healthcare or medical practice experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of referral development and healthcare marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Field marketing experience required.
- Digital marketing experience not preferable.
