Marketing Manager
Inspekt AI is transforming the way buildings are inspected through drone technology, artificial intelligence, digital twins, and high-resolution structural data. We help building owners, engineering firms, asset managers, public institutions, and heritage organizations inspect complex structures more safely, efficiently, and accurately. Our technology combines advanced data capture with AI-powered defect detection to identify, classify, and document building conditions at scale.
About the role
We are looking for a highly hands-on Marketing Manager based in Madrid to take ownership of the company’s marketing execution, brand communication, content production, website presence, and commercial marketing materials. This role focuses on product understanding, content creation, website ownership, and the ability to communicate and sell Inspekt AI’s value clearly across multiple formats and markets.
The successful candidate must be able to understand what Inspekt AI does, how the technology works, the operational problems it solves, and why the product matters to different types of customers. This person will be responsible for turning that understanding into effective marketing assets for both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking audiences. The role requires someone who can move confidently between strategy and execution—developing the marketing approach, writing copy, creating presentations, updating the website, producing videos, adapting messages, and delivering final assets. This is a builder role for someone comfortable creating the work directly and taking full ownership of the output.

- Understand the specific needs and challenges of Inspekt AI’s target customers.
- Adapt the company’s positioning for different industries, including commercial real estate, engineering, construction, infrastructure, public assets, and heritage buildings.
- Maintain a clear and consistent messaging framework for the company.
