Marketing Manager
Applicants must be located in Las Vegas, NV and legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly hands-on, results-driven operator to lead sales and marketing across a portfolio of two immersive exhibitions and one bar/nightlife venue in Las Vegas. This is not a traditional “manager” role—we are looking for a doer who can personally build, execute, optimize, and scale marketing and revenue strategies that drive ticket sales, increase per-cap spend, and maximize profitability across all venues. You will own the full funnel—from strategy to execution to performance tracking—with a clear mandate: increase revenue and profit through smarter, more effective marketing.
Responsibilities
- Drive Ticket Sales: Success in this role will be measured by strong ticket sales performance across our exhibitions.
- Understand the Vegas Market: Possess a deep understanding of the competitive Las Vegas entertainment landscape and know how to position our experiences to capture audience attention and drive visitation over competing attractions.
- Support Operational Growth: Identify and evaluate opportunities for sustainable expansion of our presence in Las Vegas, contributing to long-term growth and operational success.
- Revenue Growth & Accountability:
- Own and drive ticket sales and venue revenue performance across all properties.
- Identify and execute opportunities to increase attendance, conversion rates, and per-cap spend.
- Continuously optimize pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution (Paid + Organic):
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans across paid media (Meta, Google, programmatic, etc.), organic/social channels, email and CRM, and partnerships/local activations.
- Personally build, launch, and optimize campaigns—this is a hands-on role.
- Test aggressively and iterate quickly to improve performance.
- Performance Analytics & Optimization:
- Analyze all existing marketing efforts in detail: what’s working, what’s not, and where money is being wasted.
- Build and maintain clear reporting dashboards: CAC (cost per ticket sold), ROAS, conversion rates, and channel performance.
- Use data to make fast, decisive optimizations.
- Tactical Execution:
- Own day-to-day execution of campaigns, including ad creative direction, targeting strategy, budget allocation, and A/B testing.
- Work closely with creative teams (or directly produce assets) to ensure high-performing ads and strong conversion messaging.
- Partnerships & Distribution:
- Develop and manage relationships with hotel concierges, tourism partners, ticketing platforms, and local businesses.
- Identify and execute new distribution channels to drive ticket sales.
- Location & Expansion Development:
- Identify and evaluate new venue opportunities on the Las Vegas Strip.
- Build relationships with landlords, operators, and partners.
- Support negotiations and site selection for future growth.
