Responsibilities
- Drive qualified leads across both service lines -- core services and poly -- through various channels.
- Hit our lead-volume goals for core services and poly, tracked the way our financials do.
- Manage our marketing agency and outside vendors while holding them accountable for performance.
- Track key metrics such as lead volume vs. goal by service line, appointment conversion rates, and marketing spend as a percentage of revenue.
- Direct your videographer to tell our story through video and social media, keeping our content on-brand.
- Work closely with our Business Development Manager and sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Build and launch the marketing playbook for new locations as we expand.
- Keep marketing assets organized, consistent, and aligned with our brand.
- Continuously test, improve, and find new ways to grow.
Qualifications
- Love marketing that produces measurable business results.

- Have experience working with digital advertising platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, Local Services Ads).
- Be familiar with Google Analytics and CRM reporting.
- Have experience working with marketing agencies and outside vendors.
- Have experience in home service or local service businesses.
- Have experience managing marketing budgets and lead-generation campaigns.

Schedule
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Dallas, NC. Expect approximately 40-50 hours a week while you learn the business and build your systems -- likely closer to 50 early on. As you get efficient and lean on AI and smart tools, we expect your workload to settle into a focused, sustainable schedule. We're not looking for someone to grind for the sake of it -- we want someone who works hard and works smart.
