We are seeking a sophisticated Marketing Manager to act as a senior strategic architect for multi-channel demand generation.

Responsibilities
- Demand Generation Architecture: Architect and execute sophisticated inbound/outbound digital marketing strategies across paid search, social, and email channels.
- Product Messaging & Enablement: Translate complex technical specifications into high-impact value propositions and build robust sales enablement collateral.
- Performance Intelligence & ROI: Monitor critical KPIs (CAC, LTV, MQL-to-SQL) to prescribe data-driven interventions and optimize marketing spend efficiency.
- Brand Stewardship: Direct the corporate content calendar, ensuring global brand consistency across whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
Qualifications
- Domain Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business with 4-6 years of specialized B2B SaaS experience.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Proven mastery in automated lead generation and sophisticated ABM frameworks.
- Technical Proficiency: Operational excellence in HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot and deep Salesforce CRM integration.
- Search & Analytics Strategy: Advanced competency in GA4 and technical SEO intelligence tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs).
- Data-Driven Execution: Ability to conduct rigorous A/B testing and translate raw metrics into commercial growth strategies.
- Agile Operations: Proficiency in collaborative agile platforms such as Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.

- Employment Classification: Full-Time, Permanent
- Compensation Structure: $115,000 – $150,000 Base Salary
