About the role
The Marketing Manager at HousingWire serves as a strategic marketing partner to the revenue organization. They help bring products and initiatives to market, develop compelling positioning and messaging, equip sales teams to succeed, and execute programs that support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging that support the growth of HousingWire's data, group subscriptions, media, and event businesses.
- Create sales tools that help sales teams communicate customer outcomes and business value.
- Plan and execute product launches, market announcements, customer communications, and other revenue-driving initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy and positioning.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, revenue marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and sales support.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to create customer-facing and sales-facing content that drives business results.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and move initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and modern marketing technologies.
- Experience in housing, real estate, financial services, SaaS, data, information services, or related industries is a plus.

- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
