for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. So we need sections: About the role (maybe from ABOUT THE ROLE paragraph). Responsibilities (list of duties). Requirements (maybe combine Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications? They said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Qualifications (Required + Preferred) into one section. Benefits and Pay separate. Also maybe include About Guitars Over Guns? Not required as heading? Could be part of About the role? The instructions: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. The "ABOUT GUITARS OVER GUNS" is descriptive of organization; could be included as part of About the role? Might be better to include as a brief intro paragraph before sections? But they said do not repeat job title as heading; we can have a
for overview. Probably include a
summarizing the organization description (ABOUT GUITARS OVER GUNS) as part of the content before sections. Then sections: About the role (h3) with the paragraph describing role. Responsibilities (h3) with ul li for each responsibility bullet (maybe grouped by categories). Requirements (h3) with ul li for required qualifications and preferred? Could separate Required and Preferred but they said prefer few substantive sections; we could have one Qualifications section with both required and preferred listed. Benefits (h3) with ul li. Pay (h3) with p containing salary range. Also maybe Location/hybrid? Could be included in About the role or a separate section? Not listed as allowed heading but we could incorporate into About the role paragraph. Probably fine. We must remove boilerplate: application instructions, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove "HOW TO APPLY". Also remove "Please submit a resume..." etc. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep salary range, benefits list, responsibilities details, qualifications, etc. Let's extract: Organization description: Guitars Over Guns Organization (GOGO) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides music education and mentorship by pairing students in Miami, Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York with professional musicians and teaching artists.
