Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Create cost analysis for each marketing event
- Develop and submit monthly promotional calendars
- Manage monthly social media calendars
- Aid Marketing Coordinators in maintaining social media and online review platforms
- Prepare purchase orders for marketing projects and events based on budget
- Develop and coordinate direct mail and newsletter pieces
- Utilize project management system in preparing and distributing information for printing marketing materials
- Solve customer complaints and issues via various communication methods
- Ensure correct point values, prize, or comp values are issued to players using the casino management system
- Coordinate and manage customer events with Players Club and other departments
- Manage and organize customer events, programs, and parties
- Maintain and distribute property collateral
- Work nights and weekends as needed
Job Specific Knowledge
Extensive knowledge and skill gained through broad experiences in a field (or fields) which requires a command of involved, diverse practices and precedents and theory and principles. Typically requires a Marketing Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or minimum of four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
