About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to help shape and scale Gigs’ presence in the market. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that plays a central part in our marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include:
- Own Gigs’ brand and content storytelling across channels, including our website, blog, social media, case studies, and other key marketing assets.
- Own and evolve our AI marketing strategy, improving how Gigs is represented, discovered, and recommended across large language models (LLMs) and emerging AI-driven channels.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Lead internal communications to ensure leadership and cross-functional teams are aligned and informed on key marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute event marketing, from strategy through on-the-ground coordination.
- Partner with Design to ensure consistency and quality across all campaigns and marketing assets.
- Partner with data teams to define brand awareness metrics, implement tracking, and continuously optimize campaigns.
Qualifications
Requirements for this role include:
- 5+ years in content and/or performance marketing.
- Experience working across multiple marketing disciplines, including content, social media, events, and performance marketing.
- Experience building scalable content and distribution engines that measurably amplified brand awareness.
- Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work to improve speed, creativity, and decision-making.
- Experience in a high-growth tech startup or marketing agency environment.
