Marketing Manager
About the role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to build and run marketing campaigns across Pixel Events' franchises and channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage multiple moving pieces, execute quickly, and maintain a high bar for quality across communications and brand touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Translate high-level marketing strategy into campaigns you plan, execute, and measure across email, social, and web
- Drive attendee acquisition across our franchises ahead of each event
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across channels, setting budget, refining targeting, and optimizing performance
- Grow each brand's presence and voice across platforms, including LinkedIn, X, and Instagram
- Partner with sales to drive inbound interest and build the materials that help win sponsors and exhibitors
- Track and optimize campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine and improve results
Requirements
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. You are a strong communicator and writer who can shape a campaign, execute reliably, and stay on top of deadlines without constant oversight. You are energized by marketing, audience engagement, and modern media. You are comfortable working remotely, collaborating across teams, and supporting multiple brands within a larger platform. You care about quality, but you also know how to move fast and keep momentum.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record across social, email, content, web, and paid media
- Experience running campaigns that drove measurable results such as audience growth, engagement, and registrations
- Hands-on experience with paid campaigns across different channels
- Expertise with major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X, and Instagram
- Experience using performance data to surface insights and guide decisions
- Knowledge of tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent organizational and project-management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus
- Experience working in remote teams, startup environments, or event-driven businesses is also helpful
