Responsibilities
- Support and execute the overall marketing strategy, contributing to brand growth across digital channels including SEO, email, paid advertising, creative management, and content management.
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Own and optimize our paid advertising programs across Google, Meta, Microsoft, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, TikTok, and X.
- Create and curate high-quality social media content, including photos, video, graphic design, and editing, ensuring consistency with brand voice and aesthetic.
- Monitor performance analytics to identify opportunities, track KPIs, and adapt strategies to grow followers and increase engagement.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and company executives to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Manage the social media marketing budget to maximize ROI and efficiency.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster a positive user experience.
- Work cross-departmentally to drive efficiencies in marketing technology and operations.
- Stay current on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing strategy and digital marketing.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep expertise across major social media platforms (Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook) including algorithms, analytics, and design standards.
- Working knowledge of WordPress.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools including Figma, CapCut, Canva, HeyGen, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills; you can craft messages that engage and inspire.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience evaluating multi-channel customer journeys.
- Creative and innovative thinker who can generate big ideas and execute them at scale.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience using and implementing AI tools, specifically Claude, across marketing workflows. (Required)
