Marketing Manager
About the role
We've created true business magic inside the Entreprenista League. A loyal, growing community of women founders, a podcast network, a national awards program, in-person retreats, and a membership community that’s growing quickly. What we need now is someone to own the marketing operations behind all of it.
Why this role exists
This is an execution role. We have created a strategy that you will need to follow and execute. We're looking for the marketer who makes marketing actually happen, day in and day out.
What you'll drive
- On-time execution, as the person who owns it.
- You'll keep the marketing calendar, run project management across campaigns, content, events, and launches, and make sure every initiative goes out when it's supposed to. You'll be the one who sees the whole board: what's happening, when, and who owns it.
- Reporting leadership can actually trust.
- You'll improve and maintain our dashboards and KPI reporting, keeping them accurate and current so decisions get made on real numbers instead of guesses. You'll pull the data, make sense of it, and bring it to leadership with a clear read on what's working and what is not.
- Campaigns and automations, built and tested.
- You'll build and manage email campaigns and marketing automations, load and QA everything before it goes live, and make sure our systems stay clean, documented, and scalable. When something breaks or a tool isn't talking to another tool, you're the one who notices and fixes it.
- Cordination across the people who make marketing happen.
- You'll work alongside our advertising specialist and other contractors, and you'll own the coordination: timelines, communication, handoffs, follow-through. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
- Problem-solving and process.
- You'll spot bottlenecks before they become delays, solve operational problems without waiting to be told, and turn the things we do well into documented, repeatable processes the whole team can rely on.
What you own
- The marketing calendar and the master view of everything in flight
- End-to-end marketing project management
- Contractor and agency coordination
- Dashboards and KPI reporting (improving them and keeping them accurate)
- Collecting, analyzing, and communicating marketing data
- Email campaign builds and marketing automations
- Loading, testing, and QA before launch
- Documentation, SOPs, and the processes that keep marketing scalable
- On-time delivery of every marketing initiative, with recommendations back to leadership
What you bring
- A track record of owning marketing operations or project management in a fast-moving environment. You can point to projects you kept on the rails and tell us exactly how.
- You love execution more than brainstorming. The satisfaction of getting things done is what drives you.
- You're detail oriented and organized to the point that details just don't slip past you, and you're proactive about staying ahead of them.
- You're technical and systems-minded. You learn new tools fast, and you like figuring out how they connect.
- You're data-obsessed. Metrics, reporting, and accountability energize you instead of draining you.
- You're a strong, resourceful problem solver who's comfortable figuring things out independently (no hand-holding required).
- You move fast and you communicate well. You keep everyone aligned without being asked to.
- You're on the pulse of the latest AI tools and how to use them for speed and efficiency. You stay current, and you get excited by working smarter.
Bonus points
- Hands-on experience with any of these is a real plus, and experience across several puts you near the top of the stack:
- Email and automation: Klaviyo, Go High Level, Demio
- Pages and checkout: Leadpages, SamCart
- Analytics and reporting: Google Analytics, Looker Studio
- Workflow and integrations: Zapier
- Project management: ClickUp, Asana, Monday (or similar)
- Experience serving founders, creators, or small business communities
- Social Media: Instagram, Many Chat, DM automations
How we'll measure success
- Projects consistently launch on time, predictably, not through last-minute heroics
- Marketing reporting is accurate and timely, and leadership always has current visibility into key metrics
- Marketing systems run smoothly, with automations and campaigns operating without constant patching
- Campaigns get executed without needing oversight, because you own the details
- Team communication improves, with clearer ownership and fewer status check-ins
- Marketing becomes more scalable and less dependent on leadership stepping in
Who this role isn't for
- If you want to spend your days on big-picture strategy and brand vision instead of execution, this isn't your seat.
- If you need every step spelled out before you can move, you'll feel boxed in here.
- If reporting and data feel like a chore, this role will wear on you, because it's a big part of the job.
- If "good enough" and "I'll get to it eventually" are part of how you work, we're not the right fit.
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and performance-aware, built to reward the person who keeps marketing running.
Why you'll want this role
This is a rare seat where your impact is measurable and seen. You'll own your domain, build the systems your way, and work closely with leadership instead of buried under it. You'll also be inside one of the most connected communities of women founders in the country.
