What You Will Do
- Lead with vision – Build and execute a marketing strategy that strengthens our brand, fuels sales growth, and positions EMC as a go-to name in the energy and industrial world.
- Run impactful campaigns – From digital ads to trade shows to customer events, you will design and launch marketing programs that grab attention and generate high-quality leads.
- Tell our story – Translate complex technical solutions into content that customers actually want to read including case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and more.
- Grow our digital presence – Own our website, SEO, email, and social platforms. Use data to track what is working and double down on impact.
- Partner across the business – Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineers to make sure our messaging is clear, compelling, and consistent everywhere.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA is a plus but not required.
- Five or more years of marketing experience, with B2B, industrial, or energy sector experience being a major advantage.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- A blend of creativity and analytical thinking—you can write a strong headline and track its ROI.
- Communication skills that make people stop, listen, and engage.
