Marketing Manager
Position Summary
The Marketing Manager – This role focuses on execution and operational delivery of marketing initiatives, working in partnership with the Marketing Director who leads brand strategy, creative development, and visual identity. The Marketing Manager Position is responsible for executing and scaling marketing initiatives across digital platforms, field activities, events, and customer engagement channels. This role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing function—translating creative vision into structured campaigns, coordinated execution, and measurable results. Working closely with the Marketing Director and Sales leadership, this position ensures that all marketing initiatives are delivered on time, aligned with sales objectives, and effectively drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and field channels
- Manage content calendars and coordinate campaign rollouts
- Own social media platforms and engagement
- Develop and produce marketing collateral, promotional items, and brand apparel, cultivating strong vendor relationships to ensure high-quality standards and cost-effective sourcing
- Lead trade shows, demos, and event execution
- Support sales team with leads, proposals, and customer engagement
- Coordinate and execute national ride-and-drive and field marketing programs across key regions
- Track campaign performance, lead flow, and engagement metrics to support continuous optimization
- Manage marketing workflows, vendors, and collateral production
- Maintain CRM tracking, reporting, and campaign analytics
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials and channels
Position Requirements
- Required: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5–8 years of relevant experience
- Strong marketing execution and project management experience
- Experience with social media, campaigns, and events
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- CRM familiarity (Salesforce preferred)
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Analytical mindset with ability to track performance
- Ability to work onsite and travel periodically for field/event work

Work Environment
This is an onsite position based at our manufacturing facility in Riverside, CA and requires being 100% onsite.
