About the Role
As a Marketing Manager at Docutrend, you'll be responsible for SEO domination, lead generation, website conversion, content creation, smart automation, and campaign management. Your goal is to ensure our services are known and valued across the Northeast region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to rank #1 in search results.
- Drive aggressive inbound growth through targeted campaigns that convert leads into sales.
- Simplify, optimize, and revamp the website for maximum conversions.
- Create engaging content such as blogs, videos, case studies, and email campaigns.
- Use AI tools to streamline content production, reporting, and campaign optimization.
- Build and manage integrated marketing campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Monitor, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a corporate marketing department or marketing agency with a B2B focus.
- Proven expertise in SEO and inbound lead generation.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) including segmentation, automation, and reporting.
- Proficiency with email marketing and social media marketing tools.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console experience.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in image editing and web editing/CMS platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Metrics-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok).
- High energy, competitive spirit, and a drive to win.
- Results-driven, detail-oriented, consistently meets deadlines, and produces high-quality work.
- Collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Fluent in marketing analytics tools and able to translate data into compelling recommendations.
