About the role
DataVox is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead a high-performing marketing team and drive the successful execution of campaigns, events, content initiatives, and partner programs. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on building structure, creating accountability, and turning strategic goals into measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure projects are executed accurately and on time
- Set clear expectations, priorities, and deadlines for team members
- Assign work, monitor progress, and ensure accountability across all marketing initiatives
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance feedback, and goal setting for team members
- Identify workflow gaps and implement processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and communication
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, content, and partner initiatives
- Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure all marketing activities align with company strategy, brand standards, and business goals
- Review and approve marketing materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Cross-functionally coordinate with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment
- Translate high-level marketing objectives into clear, actionable plans for the team
- Track project status, deadlines, and performance metrics
- Provide regular updates and reporting on marketing activities, progress, and results
- Identify risks, roadblocks, or resource constraints and proactively address them
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and managing a marketing team with demonstrated ability to set priorities, assign work, and drive accountability across multiple marketing functions
- Strong organizational and project management discipline with experience managing calendars, timelines, and deliverables across campaigns, events, and content programs
- Experience overseeing integrated marketing programs including campaigns, customer and partner events, content initiatives, and digital efforts
- Hands-on ownership of event execution as part of a broader marketing strategy, including planning, coordination, logistics, and post-event follow-up
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills with experience aligning marketing efforts to sales, leadership, and operations priorities
- An analytical and results-oriented mindset with experience tracking campaign and event performance and reporting on KPIs
- The ability to translate strategic direction into clear execution plans with defined timelines, owners, and measurable outcomes
- Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, event platforms, and project management tools
