Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business-to-Business Marketing Manager to support a growing Corporate Banking business. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive client engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.

Top Must Have Skills

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Prior financial services marketing experience
  • Expertise developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Data-driven marketing mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and Demandbase
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Experience working in Agile marketing environments

Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with urgency
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Creative thinker with the ability to balance strategy, execution, and measurement
  • Leverage customer insights and data to inform marketing strategies

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing partner for Corporate Banking regional leadership teams, understanding growth objectives and identifying opportunities to drive business results.
  • Collaborate with Growth Strategists to develop prospect engagement strategies aligned to business goals and market opportunities.
  • Create clear and actionable marketing and creative briefs that define measurable objectives, strategies, and tactics informed by customer insights and data.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing programs across channels including web, social media, search engine marketing, digital advertising, content marketing, direct marketing, events, and account-based marketing.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring all marketing initiatives deliver a consistent and optimized client experience across channels and touchpoints.
  • Lead end-to-end project management for marketing campaigns, ensuring delivery is on brand, on strategy, and on schedule.
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts, business leaders, agencies, and marketing centers of excellence to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement through testing, learning, campaign retrospectives, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage marketing budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, reporting, and adherence to approved spending plans.
  • Leverage marketing technology platforms and analytics tools to measure outcomes, track engagement, and support data-driven decision making.
