Marketing Manager
About the role
As a Marketing Manager at Compass, you will shape Compass' local marketing team and our presence in the Cape Cod market. You will lead a marketing team that effectively, efficiently, and intelligently handles all local marketing needs for our agents on Cape Cod, the Islands, and the surrounding coastal areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution for all agent branding and marketing to ensure cohesion with the Compass brand
- Analyze local media landscape and develop local media strategy (print and digital) in partnership with Senior Marketing Manager
- Partner with regional creative team across all platforms, including print and digital design, advertising campaigns, video content, and social media
- Identify and guide opportunities for building scalable systems that will allow the local offices to grow effectively
- Update and track marketing KPIs across internal dashboards, utilizing data to optimize the local and regional marketing team’s performance
Requirements
- Collaborative, results-oriented leadership experience and approach
- 7+ years previous experience in a marketing or branding role; agency and creative production experience preferred
- 3+ years management experience leading cross-functional teams; change management experience a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and acute attention to detail, allowing you to think big, adapt quickly, and act fast
- Expert-level understanding of marketing strategy and planning with the ability to identify the right tactics across a multitude of marketing channels (print, digital, social, content, direct mail, video, paid media, etc)
- Possesses the ability to establish credibility with key decision-makers and influencers
- Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills, ability to build and manage relationships
- Great listening skills, connect well with others, and empathetic of the stakeholders’ and customers’ pain points
- Adept project manager; impeccable time management and prioritization skills
Qualifications
- Experience working in real estate marketing is a plus
- Experience working in Adobe Suite and Workfront is a plus

Pay
The salary pay range for this position is $99,300-$110,300; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
Schedule
This is an in-office role in either our Boston, Hingham or Osterville office.
