Marketing Manager

Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: This strategic marketing professional will implement data-driven initiatives and creative solutions to strengthen brand positioning and drive business growth. The Marketing Manager combines strategic big-picture thinking with exceptional time management and communication skills. Core responsibilities include conducting market research, implementing strategic initiatives, maintaining brand consistency, and managing digital assets. This role collaborates across departments to create proposals, interview presentations, and thought leadership content, while also implementing process improvements and measuring campaign effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal process from kickoff through delivery, ensuring compliance, quality, and timeliness.
• Translate complex technical information into persuasive, client-focused narratives.
• Partner with business development and project leaders to refine pursuit strategies and highlight differentiators.
• Maintain and grow a content library of project profiles, resumes, and supporting materials.
• Manage project related to public relations, and/or collaboration with consultants & external vendors.
• Analyze & present data related to clients; competitors; past, current, and prospective markets.
• Lead cross-functional teams for pursuit project milestone lifecycle processes.
• Design and implement process improvements to increase team productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee and provide insight on client feedback collection and analysis.
• Manage development and ongoing implementation of corporate brand across all marketing touchpoints and communications.
• Direct the creation and development of marketing collateral, including thought leadership content.
• Oversee and assist in development of CRM and content management systems.
• Oversee photography and video production objectives.
• Assist leadership team in developing and driving strategic initiatives forward.
• Monitor and manage marketing expenditures against budgeted amounts.
• Assist in identifying metrics to track strategic initiatives and marketing success.
• Manage & mentor marketing team.

Skills And Abilities

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel skills for data analysis.
• Knowledge of brand management principles and implementation.
• Background in graphic design with ability to oversee design work for best practices and improvements.
• Experience optimizing CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement and workflow optimization.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in budget management and tracking marketing expenditures.

Education And Experience

• 4-year Business or Technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience in professional services or AEC industry.
• Demonstrated experience with proposal development, content creation, and marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing projects and collaborating across multiple departments.
