Lead multi-channel strategy, production of events, partner with sales, and grow with an award-winning team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with U.S. sales and revenue targets
- Manage and optimize performance across email, paid media, social media, and content marketing using data-driven insights
- Partner with sales to drive lead generation, pipeline development, and conversion
- Plan and execute webinars, trade shows, and in-person events, including strategy, logistics, and ROI tracking
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and marketing partners
- Lead internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and initiatives that support employee engagement and alignment
- Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales, HR, and leadership priorities across the business
- Oversee website, content strategy, and overall digital presence to support brand and demand generation goals
- Drive social media growth, engagement, and performance against defined KPIs
- Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and client-facing collateral
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints
- Partner with sales to drive and produce national and regional marketing events while supporting a partnership and alliance function
- Lead and manage the marketing function, including prioritization, execution, and team development
- Establish scalable processes, best practices, and performance metrics to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment
- Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns tied to revenue outcomes
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
- Experience managing website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
- Experience with social media management tools and digital marketing platforms
- Working knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred
- Previous experience with events and partnerships
- Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills
