Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies.
- Own CASK's marketing calendar and campaign execution.
- Generate qualified residential construction leads through digital and community marketing.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, website optimization, email marketing, and CRM campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Present monthly marketing results and recommendations to leadership.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Content Director and Marketing Assistant.
- Build and strengthen CASK's brand across every client touchpoint.
- Partner directly with company leadership to influence business growth.
- Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment.
- Continuously improve systems, workflows, and marketing processes.
