Role

We're looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager to join our two-person marketing team and help optimize CacheFly's marketing engine. This is a part-time role requiring approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling and an expectation of approximately four hours of overlap with Eastern Time business hours. You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing, but you'll own a broad remit — campaigns, paid media, social, website, content, and eventually a podcast that fuels it all. This isn't a role for someone who needs a lot of direction; it's a role for someone who sees what needs to be done and does it.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, with a strong track record in B2B tech
  • Proven ability to work autonomously — you've owned marketing functions, not just contributed to them
  • Hands-on paid media experience: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting
  • Strong writer — campaigns, sequences, web copy, and social that actually performs
  • Experience owning or significantly contributing to a website revamp and CRO strategy
  • Comfortable building a social presence and knowing which channels matter for a technical B2B audience
  • Willing to have approximately 4 hours of cross-over with EST
  • Comfortable operating in a part-time capacity of approximately 20 hours per week while independently managing priorities and deliverables
  • Experience in CDN, streaming, or adjacent tech infrastructure is a strong plus
