Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies for Software Answers, a leading provider of business management systems for the long-stay accommodation industry. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will drive campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for Software Answers' products and services.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely publication of content across all channels.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and list health trends.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide necessary collateral and ensure its currency and accuracy.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance output quality and efficiency.
• Oversee multi-region marketing programs, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record of successful program execution.
• Experience managing external resources and coordinating cross-functional workflows.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, a CMS, and social and email tools.
• Proven ability to work effectively with sales teams to deliver marketing outputs.
• Experience with AI tools and building or working with AI agents.
• Experience with multi-region or international marketing programs is a plus.
• Background in vertical SaaS, hospitality tech, property management software, or a similar operational B2B industry.

Pay

The expected base salary for this position is $84,000 - excluding bonus (when applicable). Salary is based on a number of factors including market conditions, location, and may vary depending on job-related skills and experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with standard business hours.
