Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute campaigns that demonstrate measurable performance across website traffic, email engagement, social media, event registrations, and other key marketing metrics.
- Support campaigns that increase awareness, member engagement, education program participation, and conference attendance.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies and targeted messaging aligned with organizational objectives.
- Translate marketing concepts into campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverable plans.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on strategy, on time, and within budget.
- Implement Quality Improvement (QI) as needed to support board-aligned priorities (e.g., reducing email burden to members, working with new AI platforms, etc.).
- Create marketing messaging and storytelling aligned with organizational brand and mission.
- Collaborate with Editorial, Creative, Web, and Program teams to produce promotional assets.
- Support content strategy that increases audience engagement and program participation.
- Translate program outcomes and member feedback into impactful marketing communications.
- Create marketing content optimized for professional audiences across email, LinkedIn, websites, digital advertising, and other marketing channels.

- Create messaging that supports member acquisition, event promotion, educational initiatives, and organizational thought leadership.
- Build, execute, and optimize marketing automation workflows supporting personalized audience engagement using HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics including email open rates, click-through rates, website traffic, conversions, event registrations, and audience engagement.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other reporting platforms to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Maintain data-informed decision-making across all marketing initiatives through ongoing performance analysis and reporting.
- Support marketing activations at organizational events and conferences.
- Represent the organization at external events, ensuring consistent brand messaging and professional engagement.
- Develop pre-event, onsite, and post-event marketing campaigns that drive attendee acquisition, engagement, and ongoing participation.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across education, editorial, research, and operations teams.
- Coordinate campaign workflows across departments.
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions supporting efficient execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams and projects.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to assigned team members or junior staff.
- Contribute to development of scalable marketing workflows and best practices.
Required Competencies
- Demonstrated success managing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results across email, social media, websites, digital advertising, and event marketing.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable marketing plans supported by performance metrics and continuous optimization.
- Excellent written, editing, and messaging development skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance data and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
- Experience measuring marketing performance through Google Analytics, email metrics, digital engagement, and campaign reporting.

- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
- Required: Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible professional marketing experience.
- Required: Demonstrated success managing integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, and digital channels.
- Required: Experience using HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
- Required: Experience using Google Analytics to evaluate campaign performance and inform marketing strategy.
- Required: Demonstrated success measuring and improving campaign performance through key metrics such as email open rates, click-through rates, website engagement, event registrations, lead generation, or similar marketing KPIs.
- Preferred: Experience marketing professional education programs, conferences, or continuing education.

Compensation Disclosure
- The posted salary range reflects the anticipated scope, responsibilities, and long-term growth potential of this position.
- The salary band is $76,000-$95,000.
