About the role
Lead the strategic marketing and brand messaging for the neurosurgery program to drive patient volume and increase regional awareness. Partner directly with senior clinic directors and physician leadership to identify, develop, and produce compelling patient, physician, and associate stories that showcase exceptional care and strengthen the organization's brand. Develop multi-channel content and manage social media channels to elevate brand presence within the Middle Tennessee region. Analyze campaign data and digital metrics to optimize marketing traction and present clear performance reports to the leadership team. Oversee access marketing campaigns across local urgent care, emergency, and provider promotion channels to streamline new patient scheduling journeys.

Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Preferences
- 5 years of progressive marketing experience at a manager or senior individual contributor level.
- Demonstrated ability to tell compelling stories through written, visual, and digital content, with a portfolio showcasing independently produced work.
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, or physician group practice marketing preferred.
Pay
$94,870.66 to $128,354.41 per year
