A growing wealth management firm in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Marketing Manager with a strong marketing operations, CRM, and automation background. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys improving systems, managing campaign execution, and turning marketing data into clear business insights.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional partners to support email programs, nurture campaigns, event communications, landing pages, Salesforce processes, reporting, and marketing technology optimization. This role offers strong visibility within the organization, direct partnership with leadership, and the opportunity to help shape scalable marketing operations in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage marketing campaigns, email programs, nurture sequences, event communications, landing pages, and related marketing workflows.
• Manage and optimize marketing automation processes using ActiveCampaign or similar platforms.
• Serve as the primary Salesforce resource for campaign tracking, segmentation, lead routing, reporting, dashboards, and data hygiene.
• Maintain integrations between Salesforce, marketing automation tools, website platforms, and related marketing systems.
• Analyze campaign performance across email, web, events, digital, paid, and social channels, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Build and document repeatable workflows, reporting processes, and operational standards to improve scalability and consistency.

Benefits

• Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
