Core Job Responsibilities
- Audit existing Airtable tool and identify ways to reduce manual steps and increase usability across the team.
- Build requirements documentation, with user stories, for rebuilding Airtable tool data views, interfaces, automations, and API connection.
- Establish roadmap to launch updated Airtable tool.
- Partner with our Tech and Marketers to build use cases around campaign workflow, interfaces, and reporting.
- Partner with stakeholder teams to capture user stories and build a priority matrix.
- Reduce manual workflows by automating repetitive and error-prone tasks.
- Develop documentation for post-launch support of Airtable tool.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, systems design, or operational roles
- Advanced proficiency with Airtable, including base design, automations, interfaces, and complex formulas
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining Airtable bases and workflows for campaign planning, building and reporting
- Experience writing SQL queries and Javascript to support automations logic
- Experience with database, Excel (data manipulation, macros)
- Experience with API integrations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans
