- Manage team members and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization policies and applicable laws.
- Train employees, plan, assist, direct work, appraise performance, manage performance, address complaints, and resolve problems.
- Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Interpret instructions in various forms (written, oral, diagrams, schedules).
- Show excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Show good grammar usage and persuasive skills.
- Show excellent customer service skills.
- Plan, prioritize, and organize own work schedule and that of subordinates/sales force.
- Show strong overall business acumen as it relates to other functional disciplines (Sales, Operations, Engineering, Purchasing).
- Show proficiency in computer word processing, publishing, photo-shops, PowerPoint, and Excel spreadsheet programs.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is required.
- Minimum 3-5 years previous marketing experience required.
- Previous supervisory and/or management experience preferred.
- Previous use of a CRM required.
- Previous experience with marketing analytics, SEO, and SEM experience preferred.
