About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager (m/w/d) for Messeplanung to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, organization, and management of national and international trade fair appearances, events, and networking functions. Your creativity will be vital in developing innovative trade fair concepts in close collaboration with product management, sales, and external service providers. You will oversee all project-related activities, including budgeting, briefing, and post-event analysis, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact. Additionally, you will coordinate with agencies, trade fair builders, and other partners to deliver compelling communication materials such as invitations, landing pages, and social media content. Your analytical skills will be essential in evaluating the success of trade fair activities and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Qualifications
- A completed degree in marketing, communication, media, event management, or a comparable qualification.
- A minimum of three years of professional experience in trade fair and event management, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Exceptional organizational talent, a high degree of independence, and a hands-on mentality.
- Creativity and a keen sense for brand presentation are essential, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
- Experience with project budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and digital communication tools is highly valued.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee national and international trade fair appearances, events, and networking functions independently.
- Develop innovative and engaging trade fair concepts aligned with brand and product strategies.
- Manage all project-related activities, including budget planning, briefing, and post-event evaluation.
- Coordinate with external agencies, trade fair organizers, and service providers to ensure flawless execution.
- Create and implement supporting communication materials such as invitations, landing pages, and social media campaigns.
- Analyze the effectiveness of trade fair activities, monitor key performance indicators, and identify areas for optimization.
- Ensure all activities comply with company standards and brand guidelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth project workflows.
