Essential Functions
- Lead the development of our marketing plans working closely with clients, management, creative and content teams, and partners, to create a results driven marketing strategy focused on growing audiences and market share for our products.
- Based on market research, develop and implement plans and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive lead generation and sales.
- Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and sales forecasting.
- Conduct customer, brand and product research initiatives.
- Oversee social media strategy and content marketing.
- Negotiate with media partners to guarantee advantageous contracts.
- Oversee the operation of the company's website, email marketing, and other digital assets and analytics to deliver documents.
- Maintain knowledge on emerging products and services.
- Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
- Organize company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- Thorough understanding of market development, strategies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Responsible for the retention and performance of direct and indirect marketing team members.
- Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
Education And Experience
- At least five years of experience in marketing leadership roles and long-range planning required.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, HTML, content management systems, and design software.
