About the role
Kennedy Concepts is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, managing guest reviews, coordinating social media campaigns, and overseeing various marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Coordinate with management to resolve guest complaints and enhance satisfaction
- Reputation Management
- Manage guest reviews and respond to comments
- Coordinate with management to address guest dissatisfaction
- Encourage positive reviews and guest referrals
- Social Media Marketing
- Create and post social media content
- Promote each restaurant's unique offerings and events
- Collaborate with performers for social media content
- Manage email blast campaigns
- In-Store Marketing
- Manage loyalty programs and email marketing
- Decorate locations for special events and promotions
- Create and design print media and promotional materials
- Food and Drink Menus
- Design and order food and drink menus
- Manage menu covers and sleeves
- Coordinate photography and photo editing
- External Marketing
- Develop relationships with local business partners
- Plan and execute community outreach events
- Design and launch print and digital marketing materials
- Coordinate entertainment and booking artists
- Event Sales & Revenue Generation
- Manage event planning and execution
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for events
- Sell advertising space and merchandise
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing software
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
- Strong organizational and project management skills

Pay
$70,000 - $80,000 annually based on experience
