MARKETING LIAISON - STATE FARM AGENT TEAM MEMBER

Position Overview

Scott Cameron State Farm is seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Director of Marketing to lead community outreach, referral partner development, digital marketing, and lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships within our local market.
• Attend chamber events, networking groups, community events, and professional association meetings.
• Identify and coordinate sponsorship opportunities and community partnerships.
• Represent the agency at after-hours events, seminars, expos, and local functions.
• Expand agency visibility throughout Ocala and surrounding communities.
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans.
• Increase agency brand awareness throughout Marion County.
• Cook up community campaigns and local outreach initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI on marketing efforts.
• Track lead generation performance and referral source effectiveness.
• Oversee agency presence on all social media platforms.
• Create and schedule engaging content.
• Monitor engagement, comments, reviews, and online reputation.
• Cook up video content and marketing campaigns with agency leadership.
• Develop campaigns highlighting Community involvement, Team culture, Client success stories, Educational insurance and financial topics.
• Coordinate staffing events.
• Organize financial education seminars.
• Plan community outreach initiatives.
• Manage event logistics, promotion, attendance tracking, and follow-up.
• Maintain lead tracking and reporting systems.
• Provide monthly marketing performance reports to agency leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Insurance, financial services, real estate, mortgage, or dealership marketing experience.
• Event planning experience.
• CRM and lead management experience.
• Video content creation and social media advertising experience.

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
