About the Role
The Marketing Leader for Duro Dyne serves as the senior-most marketing executive, responsible for setting and executing the overall marketing vision and strategy. This role drives business growth through modern marketing and digital capabilities while building on 75 years of strong branding. The position leads marketing and digital transformation, with accountability for demand generation, digital experience, and brand portfolio management. As the highest-level marketing leader, this individual directly oversees the Marketing function and collaborates with the CSX Leader to deliver measurable improvements in Marketing Activity and Customer Charter execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across digital, web, CRM, and demand generation channels.
- Own digital experience strategy, including website optimization, self-service enablement, and marketing automation.
- Drive customer journey mapping and optimization, ensuring a seamless experience from awareness through post-sale.
- Leverage data, analytics, and CRM insights to inform campaigns, segmentation, and personalized engagement strategies.
- Partner with Sales to align marketing programs to pipeline growth, conversion, and customer retention goals.
- Lead adoption of AI-driven analytics and insight activation to improve marketing performance and customer engagement.
- Develop and execute “we heard you” marketing initiatives that strengthen customer trust and engagement based on NPS and other feedback insights.

Requirements
- 8+ years in marketing, preferably in B2B or industrial environments with distributor channels.
- Proven experience in brand development, digital marketing, and lead generation.
- Experience leading a diverse marketing team.
- Strong understanding of NPS, Voice of Customer, and customer insight programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action.
Pay
The starting salary range for this role is between $140,000 - $184,000 annually, depending on geography, market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This is a salaried exempt role eligible for a Short-Term Incentive (STI) bonus of 15% under the Company’s applicable plan. Overtime is not eligible.
