Marketing Intern

About the role

The marketing intern assists the marketer and operations groups, project managers through senior vice presidents, in their pursuits to get work. Duties include collaborating on daily tasks, developing proposal materials, editing content, transforming text into visuals, performing market research, and using Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office 2016, and company opportunity management software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with marketer on daily tasks to help with responding to an RFQ/RFP.
• Developing relevant proposal materials (firm profile, resumes, project sheets, etc.).
• Editing content to ensure quality, accuracy, readability, etc.
• Transforming text-heavy narratives into visual/graphical responses.
• Developing internal marketing products.
• Performing market research.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills. Experience with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office 2016, and company opportunity management software is preferred but not required.
