Responsibilities

• Support and assist in the execution of integrated marketing initiatives, including assigned projects related to Corient's website, social media channels, webinars, and other digital initiatives.
• Receive and review marketing requests, validating scope, objectives, and business requirements with stakeholders, including legal, compliance departments, and external vendors.
• Collaborate with various business units to support their digital marketing requirements, owning and project-managing deliverables through workflow management platforms from development to delivery.
• Responsible for ongoing governance of website content for accuracy and facilitating update requests to ensure content remains current.
• Identify, develop, and create opportunities to improve internal processes and customer experiences across various marketing channels.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Establish relationships with digital experience, digital engagement, and other key internal and external stakeholders.

• Keen attention to detail, with the ability to connect the dots and envision the ‘big picture’.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects while prioritizing effectively.
• Success in managing the delivery of great creativity in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management, and risk management.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as WorkFront and Jira is considered an asset.
• Understanding of the media landscape and major trends in the industry.
• Flexible team player who is a positive contributor to team culture.
• Current enrollment in a college/university (Sophomore & Junior applicants preferred).

Pay

The pay for this position is $20.00 USD per hour.

Schedule

This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
