Marketing & Inside Sales Coordinator

About the role

We're seeking a creative, organized, and sales & marketing-minded coordinator to support social media, content creation, marketing campaigns, and inside sales & lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate content for social media, email, text, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist with marketing events, promotions, and initiatives that drive sales.
• Outbound cold calling to prospective dealers
• Lead generation and prospecting
• Maintain CRM and marketing systems with accurate information.
• Partner with management to execute marketing and sales-support initiatives.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience with outbound calling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new technology.
• Positive, adaptable, and professional when working with different personalities.
• Experience with Canva, Salesforce, Constant Contact, or Microsoft Office is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
