About the role

We are seeking experienced Marketing Growth Strategy & Analytics leaders to own high-impact commercial initiatives. You will define and execute strategies, lead experiments, analyze data, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business goals into testable hypotheses and scalable frameworks, focusing on areas like pricing, channel performance, customer acquisition, retention, or go-to-market.
  • Lead experimentation roadmaps, including A/B tests and other measurement approaches, to evaluate impact and inform decision-making.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; build dashboards and executive-level narratives to communicate performance effectively.
  • Evaluate business impact, model P&L, growth, and long-term value creation, supporting planning and alignment with senior leadership.
  • Partner with Product, Finance, Corporate Strategy, Supply, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Build and scale processes that enable repeatability and scale across markets, channels, or partners.
  • Mentor and develop team members while fostering a high-performance, test-and-learn culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, pricing, strategy, analytics, revenue management, consulting, or related data-driven roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable turning ambiguity into clear frameworks and action plans.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar BI/analytics tools; proven ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
  • Practical experience with experimentation, measurement, and performance optimization.
  • Strong business acumen: P&L drivers, unit economics, growth levers, and ROI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior and cross-functional audiences.
  • High ownership and execution discipline in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in a high-growth digital business (e-commerce, travel, tech, fintech) or an analytically rigorous environment such as management consulting or internal strategy.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis, forecasting, machine learning, or hypothesis-testing frameworks.
  • Experience using Python or R for analysis, modeling, or automation.
  • People management experience — hiring, coaching, and developing teams.
  • Experience with external partners, affiliates, marketplaces, loyalty programs, or B2B/B2B2C channels.
  • MBA or advanced degree (equivalent hands-on experience equally valued).
  • Work on high-impact, global business problems with direct visibility to senior leadership.
  • Shape commercial strategy in an organization that genuinely values analytical rigor, ownership, and experimentation.
  • Build and scale initiatives that influence growth, profitability, and customer experience at a global scale.
