Marketing Greeter Sports Illustrated Resorts

About the role

As a Greeter, you’ll be onsite at events connecting with the public as a brand ambassador for Sports Illustrated Resorts. In this sales-based role, you’ll engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Sports Illustrated Resorts brand in a friendly, energetic manner
• Conduct face-to-face conversations with prospective customers
• Handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
• Stand for hours at a time indoors and outdoors
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequently change from one activity to another

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Must maintain a professional appearance and a cordial attitude towards all guests and staff
• Ability to handle the stress of high customer demand in a hospitality environment
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed

Schedule

• Full time availability required
• Must work weekends and holidays
• Daytime and nighttime shifts available

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $19.00 plus commissions and bonuses.
