Marketing Executive (OPC)-Japanese Speaking -Based in Waikiki - (Up to $5,000 Incentive* Potential)

Hourly Rate: $16.00 + commission (uncapped earning potential). Training pay provided for the first 10 weeks.

About the role

As a Coordinator Marketing OPC, you will assist in providing experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories for travelers in a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment. This position is based in Waikiki and offers up to a $5,000 incentive bonus for qualified candidates with 3+ years of sales/marketing timeshare experience. Proficiency in Japanese is required; English proficiency is not required.

Schedule

• Full-time, 5 days per week with typically set days off
• Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts
• Schedule subject to business needs

Responsibilities

• Schedule sales presentations or offer specially priced vacation packages to guests at events and off-site locations (e.g., shopping malls, airports)
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
• Ensure guests attending sales presentations or purchasing vacation packages meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning about products/services
• Welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs professionally and promptly
• Interact with colleagues and guests while contributing to team goals
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures
• Perform physical tasks including reaching overhead, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods

Requirements

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts
• Telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred
• Proficiency in Japanese; English proficiency not required
• May require background and drug screening per state/local requirements
