About the role

You will oversee marketing initiatives, develop strategic program roadmaps, support post-launch validations, manage contracts and invoices with our creative agencies, as well as survey and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities to apply in strategy development and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to client stakeholders.
  • Oversee all aspects of marketing program lifecycle management including market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field.
  • Operate independently to provide quality work.
  • Has experience in departmental budgetary management.
  • Can incorporate feedback into work and have a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience with taking an initial set of guidelines and proactively moving forward with a project.
  • Gathers business requirements, identifies needs, identifies gaps and works with cross-functional teams to solve issues.
  • Enjoys leading others on project initiatives.
  • Collaborates well with internal teams, vendors and cross-functional groups.
  • Experiences in writing and developing business cases, pitch decks and case studies.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry
Minimum 7 years of experience working in marketing operations, credit, acquisitions, product development or analytics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with CRM Systems, i.e. SFMC, Adobe, Eloqua, Marketo
  • Experience in working in a highly regulated industry, (FDA, EPA, CDC)
  • Critical thinker who can creatively transform strategies into a vision via roadmaps, OKRs
  • Experience working with and/or leading cross-functional teams to define and achieve high-value business goals
  • Working knowledge of market dynamics, products, and competitive climate
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Able to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Able to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Influencing skills

Pay

Annual Salary Range
California: $73,800 to $182,600
Cleveland: $68,300 to $146,100
Colorado: $73,800 to $157,800
District of Columbia: $78,500 to $168,000
Illinois: $68,300 to $157,800
Maine: $62,800 to $134,400
Maryland: $73,800 to $157,800
Massachusetts: $73,800 to $168,000
Minnesota: $73,800 to $157,800
New York: $68,300 to $182,600
New Jersey: $78,500 to $182,600
Virginia: $68,300 to $168,000
Washington: $80,200 to $168,000
