About the role

The Marketing Engagement Associate Manager oversees marketing initiatives, develops strategic program roadmaps, supports post-launch validations, manages contracts and invoices with creative agencies, and surveys and analyzes competitive industry landscapes to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Executes client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to client stakeholders.
  • Oversees all aspects of the marketing program lifecycle management including market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field.
  • Operates independently to provide quality work.
  • Manages departmental budgets.
  • Incorporates feedback into work and maintains a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Gathers business requirements, identifies needs, identifies gaps, and works with cross-functional teams to solve issues.
  • Learns and leads others on project initiatives.
  • Collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional groups.
  • Writes and develops business cases, pitch decks, and case studies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing operations, credit, acquisitions, product development, or analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as SFMC, Adobe, Eloqua, Marketo.
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry (FDA, EPA, CDC).
  • Critical thinking to creatively transform strategies into visions via roadmaps, OKRs.
  • Experience working with and/or leading cross-functional teams to define and achieve high-value business goals.
  • Knowledge of market dynamics, products, and competitive climate.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Team-oriented environment.
  • Influencing skills.
