Associate Marketing Manager
Our client, a leading organization in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, is seeking an experienced Associate Marketing Manager to provide maternity leave coverage and support strategic marketing initiatives across its Foodservice Distribution business.

Schedule
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Start Date: Mid-October 2026
- Duration: Approximately 4-5 months (through February 2027)
- Location: Remote or hybrid (Preference for candidates located in Minnesota who can occasionally attend onsite meetings and product photo shoots)

Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage creative briefs, campaign briefs, project timelines, and other marketing documentation.
- Evaluate creative concepts and provide feedback in collaboration with marketing leadership.
- Coordinate campaign development activities, including reviews, approvals, launch presentations, and asset readiness.
- Support the development and execution of marketing programs that align with business objectives.
- Coordinate and support product and lifestyle photo shoots, including planning, scheduling, product sourcing, and onsite assistance when needed.
- Collaborate with agency partners, culinary teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define creative requirements and ensure deliverables meet brand standards.
- Develop and maintain customer-facing presentations, sales tools, marketing collateral, and other sales enablement materials.
- Create marketing resources supporting commercial and non-commercial foodservice segments.
- Respond to ad hoc sales support requests and assist with the development of marketing assets and channel-specific materials.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with marketing, sales, culinary, product management, and agency partners.
- Contribute to menu development initiatives, product commercialization efforts, and key business planning activities.
- Independently manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional marketing experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience working with creative agencies and managing marketing deliverables from development through execution.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience creating marketing materials, presentations, sales tools, and customer-facing collateral.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product management, culinary teams, and external partners.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects with minimal oversight.
- Experience in CPG, food manufacturing, foodservice, or a related industry preferred.
- Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives preferred.
- Familiarity with distribution-focused sales environments and channel marketing programs preferred.
- Experience coordinating photo shoots, creative production, or content development projects preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
