Marketing Director – North America
The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager NAM, and based in our corporate office in Kansas, USA, this role will lead the strategic direction and execution of all regional marketing initiatives across North America — driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, loyalty, and commercial growth across retail, eCommerce, and direct-to-consumer channels.

What You’ll Lead
- Regional brand strategy and market execution across the US and Canada
- Integrated campaigns across digital, social, retail, eCommerce, email, and media
- New product launches and go-to-market plans
- Paid media, influencer, affiliate, and DTC performance marketing
- Consumer insights, analytics, and commercial reporting
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Innovation, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer teams
- Led a high-performing regional marketing team and agency partners
About You
- You’re a strategic and hands-on marketing leader who understands how to grow premium consumer brands in competitive markets.
- You combine creativity with commercial acumen, and you’re passionate about using insights and analytics to drive smarter decisions and stronger outcomes.
- You’ll bring:
- 8+ years’ progressive marketing experience, including leadership at Director level
- Strong experience in CPG, food, beverage, pet, wellness, or lifestyle brands
- Deep expertise across digital marketing, paid media, eCommerce, Amazon, and DTC
- Proven success launching products and executing integrated campaigns
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for pets, wellness, and building meaningful consumer connections

Pay
Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
