Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead Generation
- Executing lead generation programs across digital channels, content, events, and partnerships
- S supporting geographic and segment expansion through targeted market messaging
- Establishing visibility into where leads are generated and how they are converted by the Loan Origination team to optimize marketing programs
- Lifecycle Marketing
- Designing marketing strategies for key lifecycle stages, including new client onboarding, active loan periods, loan payoff, and re engagement
- Creating clear messaging and program intent for first time borrowers, repeat clients, and lapsed relationships
- Creating consistent, relevant communications that reinforce Arixa's expertise and ongoing value
- Content & Messaging
- Developing messaging frameworks and core narratives that support lead generation, lifecycle marketing, and sales conversations
- Drafting borrower communications, including newsletters, whitepapers, marketing collateral, and event communications
- Maintaining consistency of voice, tone, and positioning across all channels
- Degree from a college or university with an emphasis in Advertising, Marketing, or related field
- 8–10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in lending, fintech, or complex financial services
- Strong content creation skills, spanning digital, thought leadership, and marketing collateral
- Proven experience building demand generation and lifecycle marketing programs
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and execute in fast-paced environment
- Comfortable partnering with origination/sales teams to drive business growth
- Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and Pardot
