Marketing Director

Transform9 builds AI agents that answer every call for physician practices, handling routine requests, scheduling appointments, and routing callers. These agents integrate directly with EHRs, practice management, and phone systems, adapting to the front office's workflow. We've helped thousands of providers handle millions of patient calls, reducing hold times by 90% and decreasing abandonment by 80%. Based in Birmingham, AL, we're growing rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Own a marketing-sourced pipeline goal, set with sales leadership
• Build demand generation for physician groups and health systems through events, ABM, content, and paid efforts
• Create case studies, ROI stories, and references based on client results
• Position Transform9 against answering services, call centers, and other AI agent vendors
• Create sales enablement materials like decks, case studies, ROI tools, and battlecards
• Grow the marketing team as the function scales
• Use AI tools to compress production timelines, expecting AI to become core infrastructure for this role
• Report on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), pipeline contribution, and channel performance

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B marketing with 3+ years leading the function or a team
• Proven demand-gen results in B2B SaaS, owning a pipeline number
• Full-funnel fluency: brand through pipeline attribution
• Strong writing skills to produce great copy

Nice to have

• Healthcare marketing experience, especially selling into provider organizations
• Experience as a company's first marketing leader
