Marketing Director

Position Summary

The primary purpose of the job is to manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community.

Responsibilities

• Guiding the marketing program which ensures strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction, appropriate market penetration, positive public image, and maximization of community profitability and census goals.
• Primarily and regularly engaged away from the communication location in hospitals engaging in sales and marketing efforts to secure referrals to the community.

Requirements

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have an unrestricted driver's license.
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years' experience working in a healthcare setting.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including referral software and electronic health record software.
