About the role

The Marketing Director will lead the marketing strategy for OU Education Services, focusing on brand development, campaign execution, and audience engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques and a proven track record in driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with OU Education Services’ goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, including creative direction, content creation, and social media management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to inform future strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven success in managing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Experience working in higher education or a similar environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their marketing capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
