About the role
We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the strategic vision for HCP engagement, brand positioning, and audience growth across the MJH Life Sciences portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Define marketing strategy and go-to-market positioning across the HCP portfolio, setting direction for brand narrative, messaging architecture, channel strategy, and creative vision
- Lead market intelligence and competitive analysis functions, building the frameworks through which the team develops deep audience understanding and stays ahead of market dynamics
- Own audience growth strategy across both B2B and B2C dimensions, building scalable programs that drive new acquisition while strengthening loyalty, engagement, and retention
- Build and institutionalize a test-and-learn culture, creating the systems and expectations that enable the team to experiment quickly, fail smart, and iterate with discipline
- Own executive reporting on brand, audience, and marketing performance, translating results and market dynamics into strategic recommendations that shape business direction
Requirements
- A builder and a standard-setter: you create clarity from ambiguity, build organizations that perform, and hold yourself fully accountable for outcomes
- An AI-forward leader who sets the vision for how AI transforms the marketing function — not just as a productivity tool but as a strategic capability that changes what the team can build and how fast it can move
- Deep strategic expertise in both B2B and B2C marketing, with a proven track record of growing audiences, deepening loyalty, and building programs that compound over time
- A creative thinker with strong brand instincts — you set direction, not just approve work
- Proven ability to build a test-and-learn culture that moves fast, learns faster, and continuously raises performance standards
- Track record of building marketing-to-sales alignment strategies that drive measurable commercial impact
- Deep knowledge of HCP audiences, healthcare media, or life sciences marketing strongly preferred

Pay
$100,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role.
