Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing team in Creve Coeur, MO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth in our memory care community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns aligned with company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve performance targets.
• Oversee market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Manage marketing budget.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in senior care/assisted living or Memory care is a must.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience with senior care experience.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in senior care marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Able to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Proficient in marketing software and tools.
