Key Responsibilities

• Execute Celero's overall marketing strategy to support corporate growth, product adoption, and brand awareness.
• Define the multi-year vision, business cases, and product roadmap based on market data and ROI.
• Develop pricing strategies, margin targets, value propositions, and go-to-market (GTM) plans.
• Translate complex DSP architecture into high-impact value propositions for engineering executives and architects.
• Translate hyperscaler networking requirements into DSP performance specifications and feature set.
• Continuously analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify product gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
• Partner closely with executive leadership and sales to identify, pitch, and secure critical early-stage design wins with hyperscalers and module makers.
• Act as the strategic filter for R&D, gathering customer/end user/ecosystem feedback and competitive intelligence to shape our silicon development and future roadmap.
• Drive marketing initiatives around our DSP (reference clock, DRV/TIA, MZM, tester, etc.) to enable competitive commercial modular solutions.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure products are built to spec and delivered on time.
• Own the full marketing stack from high-level positioning to execution, working with internal team to create sales toolkits, product briefs, application notes, and competitor teardowns from scratch.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical communications or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or business development specifically within the coherent DSP and optical networking.
• Deep understanding of DSP architectures, signal processing algorithms, and optical module ecosystems.
• Experience with one or more of the following: semiconductor marketing, optical networking, coherent DSP technologies, high-speed interconnects, optical modules, hyperscale cloud infrastructure.
